USG direct client is looking Project Manager at Parsippany, NJ/New York, NY
Job Description:
The candidate will leverage his/her expertise in Project Management, software life cycles, communication, and organizational change management to drive the establishment of best practices for Project Management within BTI.
· The candidate should adhere to the Client's SDLC practices
· Development, Management and Maintenance of the project plan and schedule
· Track and Manage all project issues
· Project planning as per the SDLC
· Kicking Off a Project Stakeholder, Skill Analysis, and Thinking Styles Exercises
· Scope Definition and Scope Boundaries Steps in the Project Planning
· Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including different vendors
· Independently work with team and able to work on project with stringent timeline
· Project Plan creation and schedule maintenance
· Resource Planning and the Scheduling exercise with deliverables, predecessor and durations.
· Maintenance of Communication Planning and matrix tool
· Budget tracking, Staff Effort and Spending Effort discussion.
· Publishing regular Project status report/Budget tracker
· Survey, Lessons Learned Recommendations, and the Close Out
· Providing status reports for/to various stakeholders and Facilitate project meetings
