This is regarding for some contractual positions we have for Senior Business Analyst in two locations Minneapolis, MN and Basking Ridge, NJ

 

Role: Senior Business Analyst( Healthcare)

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration: 6+ months (possibility of further extension)

 

Responsibilities:

·         Must have Healthcare Payer experience
·         These roles are for the entire new claims system platform includes all processes for member, benefits, provider, claim processing
·         Participate in the development of effective business process validation scenarios.
·         Develop validation guidelines and best practices
·         Documents best practices as an easy-to-follow "How to Test" for end-users
·         Creates quality assurance cheat sheet for effective scenarios
·         Mentors and coaches end-users in effective testing and scenario development techniques
·         Coach business users in the process and practice defining business end to end scenarios validating business processes.
·         Assists business in understanding business process end to end testing and helping them stay focused
·         Guides the business in writing their process testing scenarios and scripts (probably writing many of them myself too)
·         Ensures the 3000+ business processes at all levels (1-6) are all accounted for and being tested.
