Title: Java Web Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Type: 6+ Months Contract
Overview:
Project is recreating/redeveloping a "like for like screen shot" of 3 internal web aps. They will be taking them from an existing Adobe Flex technology and recreating in a Java web based technology primarily using Struts 2.0.
Required Skills:
§ 5+ years of Java EE Development with Struts 2.0 as the major emphasis
§ 2-3 years of Adobe Flex development (to really understand how it works)
Preferred Skills:
§ 3+ years - SOA, Message Transport technologies, data mapping and transformation
§ 1-2 years - DataPower debug and administration (for one of the three applications)
§ 3 years - Web Services
