Should be able to create custom reports. Should be able to write data extractors, routines etc. Exposure to Retail is an added advantage but should be comfortable with standard SD/MM related reporting. Should be able to recommend cube designs etc based on the customer needs and suggest optimal ways to handling historical data if any.
