SAP BI LEAD Job Title : SAP BI - Lead Job details overview * At least 3 life cycle experience on SAP BW projects * At least 5 years of overall experience with minimum 2 years of experience on SAP BW * Strong understanding and appreciation of entire SAP BW architecture spanning extraction and reporting areas * Has owned a complex project from a technical architecture and data model design perspective * Strong business appreciation skills to craft the solution in alignment to business needs * Experienced in blueprinting, gap analysis between requirements and available BW functionality * Experience on R/3 integration (standard extractors) and custom integration (generic extractors) required * Strong knowledge on performance tuning techniques and deployed them to solve issues * Strong communication and client management skills * SAP BI 7.0 knowledge is required * SAP BW certification would be a plus Role Details * Module Lead - Module level design * Project Lead - Architecture and Design * Mentor team members on coding * Code - reviews * Resolving technical issues * Project documentation * Adheres to Quality guidelines * Adheres to schedules * Works hand in hand with PM for successful delivery of project * Project Lead - Estimation, scoping, scheduling Soft Skills * High Integrity * Problem solving skills and learning attitude * Good communication, analytical and presentation skills * Team player * Process oriented 2. SAP BI ARCHITECT Job Title : SAP BI - Architect Job details overview * Must have an end to end life cycle implementation. 8-12 years exp in creating functional specification - experience in integrating non sap source systems will be an added advantage * Understands application architectures and has good command over module platforms * Can convert business requirements into a design * Has the ability to see through the modular issues * Can independently handle modular designs and can also do technical design work * With experience should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation * Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design and implementation * Is the lead for the technical team * Maps the project life cycle with the project manager * Manages the technical rollout and post-deliverable technical strategy * Has effective client interaction skills * Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables Thanks & Regards, Barenya Mishra PeopleTree HR Services Pvt.
