Job Title : SAP MM Consultant
Experience : 8+ yrs
Work Location : Chennai.
Required skills :
• Should possess at least 8 â€" 10 years in SAP MM module implementation.
• Experience in 2/3 full life cycle project implementations of SAP R/3 Material Management module.
• Should possess sound knowledge of ASAP methodology.
• Diverse experience includes involvement in all aspects of the implementation process, complete system configuration, testing, end-user training and production support.
• Should have working experience with business users to identify needs and define business case.
• Extensive exposure in Chemicals/Manufacturing industries.
• Should have configured MM procurement Purchase requisition, Quotation, Purchase order, Outline Agreements, inventory management physical inventory document creation
• Should have developed MM requirements and configuration, data migration, unit and integration testing of the system ensuring that the development and productive systems meet the Business team requirements leading to the successful implementation.
• Should have worked on Data migration using various techniques like LSMW and BDCs
• Experience in Configuration activities involved in Warehouse management, Organization structure, Storage unit Management, Handling Unit Management.
• Experience in Handling of vendor consignments, Subcontracting stock, purchasing Release strategies, Physical Inventory, Planning table and Demand Management
• Good understanding of integration points in MM with FI, SD, PM and PP modules. Should have proficiency in configuring Material Master, BOM, Work Centres.
• Proficient in configuring MRP and Stock/Requirements list.
• Proficient in Make to Stock and Make to Order planning strategies.
