Profile : • Identification of open positions across India
Involved in campus hiring from B Schools across India.
• Use various channels for sourcing - Jobsites, References, Employee Referrals, Consultants, Media Ads, NGO, Training Centers
• Maintaining overall database of the candidates from Advertisement, e- recruitment, Employee Referral, and Recruitment Consultants and other sources
• Responsible for PAN India Recruitments
• Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of the firm's manpower requirements.
• Coordination with training department for conducting training programs and monitoring the same.
• Preparation of MIS Reports as per Functional Head / HOD requirements.
