Job Description
1. Through understanding of the Product - SAP ( ECC â€" 6.0 )
2. Ensure smooth implementation & Rollout of SAP â€" HR covering the complete life cycle of employees across the group.
3. Interface between the Business and SAP Functional / Development Teams.
4. Supporting and stabilizing existing SAP functionalities and rollout of new modules.
5. Help the team in conducting requirement analysis & define functional specifications.
6. Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
7. Develop the Test plans and work with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Information security & data authenticity, test and validation.
8. End user training - Introducing the methodology and process to end user so that the application and process can be implemented smoothly across the board.
9. Setting up process and procedure to interface internal and external requirements.
10. Aligning the entire HR Process and Procedure to meeting current and future requirements.
11. Very good understanding of System and process in keeping mind to balance the technology and HR Requirements.
12. Key interface between various verticals or division in understanding the requirement and mapping the process with blue print and providing the actual information to task force.
13. Good understanding for process and regulatory compliance requirement keeping in mind to handle various sector/business requirements across the countries. (world Wide exposure to handle to address current and future needs)
14. Understanding the painful areas of process and come out with innovative suggestion to tackle current and future needs of HR.
