JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirement : SAP HR Functional Consultant
Technology : SAP HR
Years of experience :4 - 8Yrs
Essential skills : Looking for 5 years experienced resources in SAP HR domain who should possess 3 life cycle implementations of SAP HR experience and at least one in the Netweaver portal environment.
MUST possess good knowledge in Org. Mgt, Personal Admn. , Time Mgt, CATS, Payroll, Travel Mgt, Employee / Manager Self Service.
MUST have strong knowledge of IMG and configuration methodology.
MUST be able to review OSS notes and document system impacts for developer/configuration handoff.
All of the above require the ability to write effective Functional document s(FD'S) in preparation for handoff to other technical team members in a global environment to implement.
