If you are interested, pls write with your updated CV. As a Business Leader you would be responsible for Revenue Generation, client Management and Profit Centre Management. Identify a vertical unit to develop and prospect for retained search mandates from present and past contacts and potential clients .You should ensure that revenue and billing targets are met and will manage the profitability of your profit centre. Provide Leadership to the internal teams to ensure successful and timely closure of mandates. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, defining targets, strategy planning and implementation.You should be generating leads to enhance the business prospects for Magna across India and internally managing a profit centre and delivery team.Scaling up the team size - training, mentoring and guiding the Team to handle various functionalities of the business prospects .Have to be instrumental in dealing with clients and streamlining the collection process.Responsible for creation and delivery of all recruitment / Staff augmentation programs for clients and instrumental for consistently reducing overall cost per hire.Initiate Business Meetings with Key Account managers, Senior level executives and Clients. Responsible for managing and developing existing client accounts and new business development across verticals / geography.Preserving and enhancing the company's client base and the quality of service. further consult with industry leaders and advise management of the latest trends to enable sound business decisionsBuild mutually beneficial business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure Magna be comes the most preferred vendor/business partner with clients. And chalk a "road map'" to them on how best Magna can meet their needs and provide Staffing Solutions.Guide, educate, and train subordinates and other staff members on their roles and hand hold the team helping them to achieve their targets consistently.
