Should have 4-6 years of Manual Testing experience.
Testing experience in the BFSI domain.
Good understanding and knowledge on testing processes and tools.
Experience on identifying and executing test scenarios and test cases.
Should be able to prepare high quality, structured documentation.
Should be adept in functional UI testing and Reports testing.
Database testing and Interface/feeds testing knowledge.
Experience writing SQL queries to verify database tables.
Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
Knowledge of Data-warehousing concepts will be a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand the Project requirements thoroughly.
Convert project requirements to comprehensive test scripts to cover all functional, non-functional and any technical specifications.
Raise any gaps in functionality/ flows to the requisite team members.
Review / modification of written test scripts against the functional requirement changes or change requests.
Prepare test data required to execute the test cases.
Accurately record the outcomes of each test step performed and ensure reporting of issues and/or deviations.
Ensuring testing of modules and patches is completed in a timely manner as per the test plans and schedules.
Ensuring the appropriate test environment is replicated as per the required setup.
Set priority on work product as per the agreed goals.
Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.
