Job Description:

- Partner with stakeholders to define, configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions 📈

- Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to translate business needs into technology solutions 💡

- Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders, lead HR system discussions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously 🤝

- Deliver online and in-person training to a global audience 🌎

- Provide level 2+ support and proactive issue resolution 🔧
