Job Summary : 

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with a Business analyst background to translate business requirements into solutions, ensure quality delivery, and facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs with architects and developers.

* Perform end-to-end testing of user stories to ensure functionality.

* Prepare and document release notes for deployments.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Requirements

* Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Field Service, Case Management).

* Strong functional consulting experience with a developer background in C# and JavaScript.

* Familiarity with Power Platform tools, RESTful APIs, and Azure services.

* 10+ years of experience combining functional and technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

* Experience in OEM or manufacturing industries.
