🔍 What we're looking for:

 ✅ Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of IT support experience

 ✅ Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network fundamentals

 ✅ Familiarity with ticketing tools (like ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus

 ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

 ✅ Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment

📍 Location: Hyderabad,India
