We are hiring enthusiastic and tech-savvy professionals for Technical Support (L1/L2) – International Voice Process roles at our Hyderabad location.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: 0–4 years

Excellent English communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

Graduation (15 years of regular education – all marksheets & certificates mandatory)

Prior experience in technical support or customer service in a BPO environment

Strong technical knowledge and computer proficiency (MS Office)

🕘 Work Mode:

5 days a week

Rotational shifts with split week-offs
