Good at MongoDB Development (it may include Schema modelling with hands on Query writing)
Good Data Analysis skills
Has good Databases background
Knowledge of any ETL tool. If not ETL Tool atleast good knowledge of ETL concepts

JD:
Candidate will have to work on Data Analysis to identify the right sources to bring the data into MongoDB
Should understand the nuances of Data thoroughly
Capable of formalizing a process of ETL to ingest data into MongoDB
Work with co-Developers on the reporting front to provide MongoDB Queries to generate results for Analytical reporting purposes.
Should work with Business and other stake holders in information gathering for the purpose of providing Analytical data to be hosted into MongoDB
