Sophus It Solutions is looking for IT Technical Recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment @ Chennai office in India.
The Recruiter will be responsible for Recruiting, interviewing, and screening of candidates.
Must be able to work in Night Shifts
Daily job duties, include
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Sourcing technical profiles from the available sources
• Calling up candidates and resume screening
• Compensation Negotiation
• Technical Interview Set up using our Internal Tools (Video Interview)
• Candidate submission and Follow up
• Our office is in Bellevue, and this is a mandatory full time at the office
