Your profile has been found suitable, hence request you to go through the below job description and let us know you interest to consider this opportunity. ________________________________________ Role : SAP SD Consultant / Senior Consultant Experience on SAP Sales and Distribution module with minimum one full-cycle end to end SAP implementation including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, blue printing, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support. • Sound SAP Skills on defining the Enterprise structure, Pricing, OTC Cycle, Availability check, Different types of Outputs, Rebates, Batch Management, and Listing & Exclusion is mandatory • Should be able to manage requirement workshops independently with client to understand the AS-IS process, create TO-BE processes, challenge the business ways of working (in case of deviations from industry best practices) • Should be able to create business blue print, FS documents independently • Should be able to call out the technical areas and changes required for accommodating the CR requirements • Should be able to collaborate with technical team, testing team and able to lead the CR delivery from the front • Should have sound knowledge on Integration with other SAP Modules like FI, MM, WM etc., • Ability to create data migration strategy, cut-over planning, Test plans and User Manuals • Exposure to ALE/ EDI/ Idocs/ Interfaces is critical • Experience of 6-8 years in SAP Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution is mandatory • Excellent Oral and written communication skills is required • ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills is preferable • SAP Certification will be an added advantage • Domain experience of having worked in the manufacturing, retail industry, with exposure to sales, logistics, warehouse management processes Management skills: • Capable of conducting, facilitating business workshops, managing different stakeholders Soft Skills: • Extensive experience of working in offshore / onsite engagements • Highly customer centric • Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills • Able to work under pressure • Able to communicate at all levels • Able to be flexible in work hours depending on project demand • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure • Excellent team player and able to influence and negotiate with colleagues and peers • Able to competently articulate problems and solutions to customers – both verbal and written Other Skills: • MS Office - word, Excel, Visio and Power-point
