Day to Day Basis - Involved in triage of production tickets, and technical triage, provides overview, prioritization and system analysis.
Java based person - More of a Lead or Lead BA with SA exp
Integrated Eligibility - States of different apps for Eligibility benefits, but if they have worked with other app that is acceptable. Household sizes, federal limits
2 years of Design
3 Years of SA - Design , programming, testing, and implementation
Working with Business to gather requirements to an SA level and hand off to programmers
· Key here is stellar communication and ability to lead and delegate, assign, and distribute work. Needs to be technical in the sense of understanding what all is going on.
· More focus on communication, triage and work assignment
· C2C is OK
· Relocation candidates are OK

· Process: Phone screen to HIRE
· MUST HAVE SNAP and TANF government program experience - SEE BELOW!
· Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly the Food Stamp Program), the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) cash assistance program, or the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
· Must be able to speak to these projects and know what SNAP and TANF are -
· ***they are passing on candidates because they answer questions wrong about the program.
