Location: Chennai

Job Profile:

1. Any graduate with domain experience of 5 years in HR domain and SAP implementation/solutioning experience of 5 years or more in HCM module with knowledge or experience in Successfactors.
2. Experience in domain and SAP is mandatory including experience in multiple industry verticals.
3. Should propose solutions and estimations related to organizations business processes to improve efficiency in operations.
4. Recommends solutions and develop business case alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business, its drivers and technology strategy.
5. Provide Subject Matter Expertise in respective areas of expertise to support the business processes during project execution.
6. Strong relationship building skills and managing customer expectations
7. Ability to interact with top business heads, decision makers & CXOs.
8. Highly self-motivated and can work independently with minimal or no supervision
9. Extensive experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.
10. Ability to develop clear and detailed business requirements and design specifications that can be understood by other delivery team & business partners
11. Ability to translate business requirements into design options that are cost effective, efficient, re-usable that comply with defined architectural principles and standards and that enhance the business process.
12. Must possess a high degree of professional confidence and credibility, with the presence and communication skills to represent IT related concepts effectively with all levels of the business.
13. Excellent analytical and communication and presentation skills.
