Java Team Lead
Duration: 3 months extendable
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Phone to face to face interview, must face to face
Must haves: 2 years of lead experience, Java in the USA, restful web services, JPA/Hibernate,
and Spring Frameworks, exposure to Angular or Node.JS
Java Team Lead
Responsibilities
- lead a scrum team to successful completion of sprint and quarterly goals
- work with architects to come up with solutions to complex business requirements
- mentor and lead junior java developers to develop reusable components and adhere to coding standards
- be hands on programmer
- able to pitch in and help on production issues
Requirements
8+ years of Java Programming , mostly here in US
2+ years of Restful Web Services experience
2+ years of experience with Spring frameworks
2+ years of experience with JPA/Hibernate
2+ years of experience on Websphere Application Server
3+ Experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL programming skills
Exposure/Experience in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, NodeJs, JQuery etc.
2+ years in Agile software development environment
Leadership experience is a plus – Team lead on Tech teams
