Position:  Dynamics NAV application support services.

Location: BURBANK, CA.

Employment Type:  Contract

 

Must Have Skills:

·         Dynamics NAV AP/AR/GL/ modules knowledge

·         Experience  8 – 12 years 

Desired Skills:

·         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

·         Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment

·         Excellent client facing skills along with coordination with Cognizant offshore-onsite team

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities: NAV Functional role

Expectations:

·         Excellent communication skills, client handling skills,

·         Good domain knowledge (MUST)

·         Address user queries on NAV 2009 product / Incident Management, respond and resolve Tickets.

·         Manage Change requests, Coordinate with offshore team on deliverables

·         Minimum 2 end to end NAV implementations, with below expertise

·         Functional requirement documentation

·         Fit Gap analysis

·         NAV Configuration and demonstration

·         Draft design documents

·         Draft Training manuals and End user training
