Job Description:

Role: Scrum Master

Required Skills:

• Must have strong project management and project planning experience/knowledge with demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.

• Solid experience and understanding of Rational Unified Process Methodology.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills with a solid ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and MS Word along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.

Desired qualifications:

• PMP certification - strongly desired.

• Background experience in financial services industry.

• Experience with Iterative Development methodologies .

• 3+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments.
