Business Analyst-Oracle EBS BSA
Location: Columbus, OH
Contract: 6 months open ended
The Qualified candidate will have previous experience with Oracle EBS and will own the following responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
5 + years' experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role
Demonstrated history of performing Business Systems Analysis with progressively increasing responsibilities, including producing the following artifacts:
Documenting requirements in detail
Developing scope documents
Developing business process flows using cross functional flow diagrams, and process diagrams
Developing data maps
Documenting Functional design/Functional Specifications
Expertise with Oracle modules – Payroll, Benefits and compensation.
Understanding of Oracle Workflow.
Help deploy and implement application projects and enhancements.
Review and analyze business requirements and process configuration, mapping and management
Ability to translate technical speak into business terms
Strong written and oral communication skills
Work with direction from peers or as a part of a team on larger projects or work
independently on small projects
Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements
Interpersonal skills - the ability to work well with other IT and business groups
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and Visio
An independent problem solver who is self-directed
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills
Preferred knowledge of the Banking industry and related business processes
