Role: Workday ERP Courseware/Trainer

Location: Montclair, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Interview: Phone/ Skype

 

Description:

• Strong experience in technical writing, training, instructional design, course/training development
• Bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of professional level employment in ERP applications -Preferably Workday HRS
• Strong experience in training resource coordination
• The ability to produce high quality deliverables on time with highly developed diagnostic, communication, presentation, written and technical skills
• Proficiency in creating web-based training, classroom instructional materials, teaching aids, user guides and technical/troubleshooting manuals
• Proficient in UPK
• The ability to produce high quality deliverables on time with highly developed diagnostic, communication, presentation, written and technical skills
• The ability to work effectively with a diverse community of end users, with different needs and different levels of system expertise
• The ability to be energetic, flexible, and work in a team environment
• Experience with financial system training and implementations a plus.
