Job Title : Infrastructure Project Manager
Rate : $55-60/hr C2C
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Oak Brook, IL

Key responsibilities:
• Interact with Program leadership, project teams and stakeholders to drive project objectives
• Manages activities for assigned programs/projects including:
• Activity sequencing and planning
• Resource planning and management
• Project scheduling
• Financial/budget management
• Quality control
• Risk/issue management
• Scope/project change management
• Manage project/program using defined company PMO processes and procedures
• Work with technical team for CRs and other tasks
• Provide excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle project communication across the project team, stakeholders, and across the company
• Interact as needed with service providers and vendors, 3rd parties, etc.
• Manage all project documentation, create key project deliverables (project initiation, scope management, issues lists, sub-team status reports, communications and communication plans, project plans, resource planning, RACI, budget, documentation, specifications)
• Assist with project close, create and/or ensure operational support documentation and transition to operations is successful.
10 years Project Management experience
• PMP Certification
• Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure
• Experience in some of the following areas:
• IT Infrastructure
• Network security
• Convergence
• Vblock Implementation
• Ability to support and work in a diverse team environment with stakeholders, SMEs, vendor partners and external expert consultants
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across multiple teams and managing associated budgets
• Strong writing and communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
