Position: BA – QA Leads
Location: Ben Salem, PA and Columbus, Ohio
Duration: 6-12 Months
One of the positions is in Ben Salem, PA and the other is in Columbus, Ohio, only locals!!
Phone interviews to start and then F2F interviews at the respective locations
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
• Prior experience in full life-cycle of opening a new Distribution Center
• Strong knowledge in retail business - skus, upc, category, related items, collections, clearance items, mark downs, flash sales etc
• Understanding of specialty retail environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication
• Major Retail application platform migrations
Knowledge of following:
• Supply Chain, PKMS, JDA Allocations/Replenishment, RMS
• Inventory/Financial Management
• Author/Review BRD's, FRD's, use cases
• Develop test strategy, prepare test cases, and coordinate/oversee test execution (including reporting)
• Execute/Support manual and automated testing, functional testing, UAT
• Training and business process documentation
BACKGROUND
• End-to-End understanding of project lifecyle – defining scope and requirements clearly through testing and system implementation
• Requirements, Design & Testing skills – Documentation (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, test strategy) & Execution (test plans, cases, reporting)
• MS Project/Sharepoint – Review test cases, defects with business users and technical teams
• Ability to clearly define requirements and triage defects – providing details to development team
• Alignment and partnership building with multiple technology and business partners
• Experience working with offshore teams for testing / development.
CORE SKILL SETS
Meeting Coordination – including scheduling, meeting room prep, meeting minutes and distribution ALM and JIRA defect tracking Executing shell scripts Running SQL queries to pull necessary test data Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint Quick to learn and in navigating among the teams and business individuals Persistent, independent working
ENVIRONMENT
Rapidly changing environment from a people / process and tools perspective.
