• Proficient in business analysis (Business process modeling, Business requirements, Functional requirements, Non-functional requirements, Vendor requirements, Use cases, Business rules etc.)
• Well versed in requirements planning, scoping and estimation
• Proficient in requirements management tools (such as Blueprint, inteGreat)
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working in large programs
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of Life insurance processes and products, specifically Universal life (UL), Term life and Critical illness products
• At least 7 plus years of experience in requirements gathering and leading requirements phase
