( 1 ) 

Position       :  (SFDC) Technical Architect

Location       : Northbrook ( CHICAGO ) 

Rate           : Competitive

Duration       : Long term

Start date     : 1st Dec

Skill set / Job Description :

Ø  Salesforce.com (SFDC) Technical Lead with strong exposure on application development from envisioning till deployment and support phase.

Ø  Total 7 years of IT experience

Ø  Minimum 4 years of SFDC hands on experience in application development

Ø  Business requirement gathering , client interaction and exposure on working in offshore / onshore model.

Ø  In depth knowledge on VisualForce pages, Apex coding language and integration knowledge with different systems.

Ø  Strong in mapping business requirements to salesforce product features

Ø  SFDC Certifications DEV 401 is a must and having DEV 501 would be advantages

Position     : Sr Technical Architect   ( CISCO ) 

 

Location:  Phoenix, AZ

Client    : AMEX

Experience levels:  5+ years

Billing Rate:  On the rate, if the profiles are good, we can look at higher rates.

Skill-set required:

·         Cisco UCCE, UCCX, ICM and hands-on Contact Centre development and deployment Experience.

·         CCNA, VXML, Cisco modeling, CUIC, telephony SIP architecture  and design, CVP, Reporting.

·         The resources should have a good understanding of Cross platform integration ( Cisco , Avaya , Aspect, etc. )

 

Kindly note that we need people with Cisco UCCE, CVP and ICM skills for Phoenix only.  This will be a scrum team where everyone is expected to 

be physically present at one AMEX facility. 

 Also, we are in need of 6 more profiles with VXML expertise and any Contact Center background (i.e., Cisco or Avaya or Genesys or Nuance).

Job Description:

 

·         Need a Functional tester with more than 8 years of experience in retail area with more than 4 years of experience in RMS – RESA (Retail sales audit).

·         Resource should have sound knowledge of Oracle RMS sales audit module and should have worked in multiple project which involves RESA system.

·         Automation knowledge in RMS will be an advantage but not mandatory.

·         Resource should have very good communication and interpersonal skills and should be self-motivated.

·         Should work without any guidance and should be able to work with offshore well.

Skill  : Big Data Testing. Unix and SQL.
