Location: Montvale, NJ
Duration: 6 Months

· Cisco UCCE including ability to support and develop script
· Cisco ICM
· Cisco CUIC
· 3+ years' experience with Calabrio
· Communication skills must be very strong… 9/10.

· 3+ years' experience with Calabrio
