Job Title: Sr. Front End Designer
Location: RICHMOND, VA
Duration : 6+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead large-sized design efforts that present multidisciplinary challenges that span multiple departments
Lead the full design process from concept development to wireframes to high-fidelity designs
Present work to business, design and developer peers and facilitate feedback
Present work to executive level management
Technical Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
7+ years of experience in user experience design and web strategy
Excellent facilitation and personal interaction skills
Demonstrated experience in interaction and visual design
Ability to successfully contribute expertise in a team-based culture
Working understanding of SEO principles
Strong working knowledge of CSS 3, HTML 5 and Ajax
Ability to operate in a Scrum based environment where Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective are held
Strong communication and collaboration skills as each of these positions will interact with various levels of the business and IT
We are looking for candidates that have a passion for technology and prior direct experience in a large scale eCommerce sites with multi-channel experience
Knowledge of web development and design processes, including knowledge of social media solutions, database driven web sites, content management systems
Knowledge of defining taxonomy driven web site architectures
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi project environment, and able to maintain efficiency and positive attitude in the face of challenging and competing deadlines
Highly organized, great attention to detail and 'hands on' work style
Possesses working understanding of AJAX design skills – particularly complex user task design.
