Role: Telecom Analyst (CR&B Analyst)
Work Location:  Richardson, TX

 

The CR&B analyst team members will need the following skills: 

• Required 
o Analytical Skills â€" The ability to see trends and dig beneath a difference to see underlying causes. 
o SQL skills â€" The ability to take the understanding of an issue and develop queries to determine all customers impacted by the issue. 
o Interpersonal skills â€" This team will need to work as a team and will need to work well with other teams. 
o Willingness to work long hours and weekends as necessary to meet team goals. 
o In addition, the usage team members MUST have significant technical experience in telephony usage.
