Job title: OCM - Communication & Training Specialist at SCE
Location: Irrwindale, CA.
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension based on project need and employee performance
Location of Assignment: Irwindale, CA
Reports to: ITSM Team Lead
Relevant Experience:
- 3+ years overall work experience
- 2+ years OCM experience
- At least 1 year experience in, or exposure to, IT
Travel Requirement:
- local travel to client sites, as needed (< 5%)
Education Requirement:
- BS or BA in Business, IT, HR, OD, Communications, or related field required
- Trainer/Instructional Design certification a plus
- PMP or ITIL Foundations certified a plus
Job Role description: (Brief)
- Guide and manage a 1-2 person OCM Team
- Design and implement client communication, change, and training activities, at the enterprise and organizational levels, to support changes in ITSM processes and tools as well as other changes driven by infrastructure and applications activities
- Ensure internal team readiness to operate using new/modified ITSM processes and tools via training and coaching
