Req: Sr. Automation Tester @ Richfield, MN (LOCALS + F2F)

Looking for QA Analysts to work within the Dotcom environment on a product team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance programs both manually and automated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Automate Test scripts using Selenium Webdriver.
· Test Functionality on Devices and Multiple browsers.
· Efficiently log and track Defects in JIRA.
· Attend Sprint Planning meetings and other related Agile testing activities.
· Create Dashboard reports to present to stake holders.
· Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard.
· Document and track key project milestones and overall project deliverables.
· Interact with multiple teams for integration testing and for test data needs.
MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Strong experience with Test Automation skills (using Selenium Webdriver)
· Strong Device Testing experience
· Agile development experience
· Experience within a retail environment
· Experience in implementing and tracking testing KPI's and metrics
· Experience in documentation and summarizing of test results and report findings
· Experience working with Jira
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Experience in working and interacting with Product owners
· Prior experience in working TDD (Test Driven Development) and/or ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with short release cycles
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
