Requirements
B. S. in Computer Science or equivalent
6+ years overall professional experience in Information Technology Consulting and Systems Development
Experience in an agile software development environment
5+ years minimum experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE, SQL
1+ years in systems development using Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate, Ibatis, Mybatis, JQuery
5+ years in systems development with Oracle Database
2+ years team lead experience
Preferred Skills - with years of experience needed
1 year experience in using IBM Rational Suite for Requirements Management
1 year experience in using IBM Rational ClearCase for source and document versioning
1 year experience with Websphere BPM or Process Server/Choreographer
1 year experience with Web logic AS
1-2 years of experience in agile software development
1-2 years of experience in continuous integration
1 year experience with Rational Team Concert, Jazz platform
1-2 years experience working in a CMMI Level 3 Systems Integration Environment
2-3 years experience owning project schedule tasks and executing to meet deadlines and milestones
