Must Have Skills

1. Java - Has to have solid Java experience, not theory

a. Core Java, OO Programming, design patterns (why they are needed,

and when to use which one), good knowledge on Java library collections, multi-threading

2. Should be able to write complex SQLs, indexing

3. Should have worked in an agile project, have experience in Test

driven execution

a. CI tool is Jenkins

4. Develop scripts on J-Unit or any other similar tool

5. Should have in-depth knowledge on JMS (Apache active MQ)

6. Should have worked on SOA, used REST APIs

7. Should have basic knowledge and ability to navigate and trouble

shoot in LINUX. Commands like GREP, how to search and kill a process that is running

Good to Have Skills

1. Hibernate

2. Spring

3. Development for the cloud - what should be considered

4. Experience working with a SQL database

5. Knowledge of WSO2
