Job Title: DevOps Manager

Location: Montgomery, AL

Duration : 1+ Years

MUST HAVE:

5+ years of relevant technical experience

Must have a solid background in DevOps Implementations- will be advising on this implementation

2+ years of people management/lead experience

Must include managing a team not just having a lead title or being a technical lead

Preferably including managing an operational budget

Must have excellent leadership skills- be an inspirational leader & able to motivate team members

5+ years' experience operating mission critical online services

Significant experience with:

Microsoft Azure

MS Dynamics CRM

Microsoft ALM development stack

ITIL experience

Disaster Recovery experience

Release Management experience

Kunban/Scrum experience

Must be fun to work with and work for

Must be forward thinking and able to switch between strategic and tactical focuses

Must be a servant leader

Must have strong people management skills

Have been successful working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

NICE TO HAVE:

ITIL Certification(s)

Team Foundations Server (TFS) experience

SharePoint experience

MS Project experience

Experience working on projects delivering Software as a Service (SAAS) product
