Position : SAP BW Developer

Location : Bellevue, WA

In these roles you will have an opportunity to:

Build and enhance BI objects such as InfoObjects, InfoCubes, InfoSources/Data Sources, Master Data, Transformations, Update Rules, ODS, Extractors, InfoSets, Aggregates, Process Chains, User Exits, BADI
Develop new ABAP objects and enhance existing ones related to BW work
Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit and regression testing.
Work with functional consultants to understand requirements, suggest and implement solutions
Troubleshoot / resolve problems reported by project teams.
Participate in integration and UAT and fix any issues identified

Required qualifications for this role include:

Overall 8+ years exp in SAP BW
At least 5+ years' experience in BW 7.0 and one project in BW 7.3 on HANA
5+ years of SAP BW Development experience
3+ years of SAP ABAP Experience
End to end experience in BW – data extraction, modeling, Bex Reporting
Experience in building cubes, reports on ERP modules like Finance, Controlling, COPA, Special Purpose Ledger, Sales and HR
Thorough knowledge of BW Data Modeling concepts like star and extended star schemas and InfoCube design for good report performanceBW Development experience in SD, MM & FI functional areas
Experience with user exits and BADI creation and enhancement
Experience in performance tuning
Experience in Enterprise Portal is an added advantage
HANA experience will be an added advantage
Ability to drive requirements gathering, run workshops with senior 'c' level executives to identify KPIs
Strong functional knowledge to understand business processes and work with functional consultants
Sound documentation for capturing reporting requirements and getting sign off
Design technical blueprint and drive development teams
Knowledge in Business Objects reporting tools is advantage
Able to code ABAP/4 in BW specific needs
Strong communication skills with team lead capabilities and act as a user champion
