Role Title: ITIL Service Management Operations Business/Process Analyst
Rate: $45/hr all inclusive on 1099/C2C
Job Description/Requirements:
o ITIL v3 Foundations or higher certification required
o Experience with BMC Remedy required
o Experience with ServiceNow beneficial
o Able to understand and document complex IT processes
o Experience performing IT assessments and preparing gap analysis documents and recommendations
o Experience working as an analyst in support of IT technical operations (e.g. - service desk, desktop support, server and application management)
o Very strong communication: verbal and written required. Able to facilitate workshops and meetings: drive agendas, document findings and next steps
