Insurance Domain background required
Responsibilities:
· Requirements gathering/documentation
· Translating business requirements into functional design specifications
· Creating test plans/scripts based on design specifications
· Test execution and support
· End user training
· Business Analyst Qualifications:
· BS/MS in business or related fields and/or equivalent experience
· 8+ years of work experience in the Insurance or Re-insurance industry with strong domain skill.
· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Strong client facing skills
· Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
· Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business
· Works willingly and effectively with others to accomplish team goals
· Experience coordinating and documenting business requirements preferred
· Experience writing functional specifications and requirements preferred
