JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Analyst:
Over 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Process Analysis particularly in Enterprise Service Catalog or Order Management. Candidate having product knowledge
of Prime Service Catalog will be added advantage.
• Work with stakeholders to define & analyze key business requirements & rules.
• Key contact with the business users in different time zones to collaboratively work on the requirements
• Form the liaison between service owners and development teams. Work closely with Technical team explaining the requirement and functionalities.
• Conversant with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology of Software Lifecycle Development
• Experienced at creating and maintaining all process relevant documentation: requirements documents, process flows, data mapping, standard operation procedures
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and direct team members in completion of complex projects•
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Consultative methodology to gather business requirements & conduct stakeholder workshops.
• Certified Scrum Master will be added advantage.
