Our client is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer for Commitment Accounting related work.
The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for work on changes to the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 project and help on support issues.
The specialist will play an active role in the design, development, and testing of Commitment Accounting related functionality within HCM.

Our client is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer for Commitment Accounting related work.
The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for work on changes to the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 project and help on support issues.
The specialist will play an active role in the design, development, and testing of Commitment Accounting related functionality within HCM.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Advanced development experience for PeopleSoft HCM application focusing on Commitment Accounting, Payroll and HR
- Strong Experience in Payroll to GL interface customizations
- PeopleTools 8.53 or higher is required.
- Strong knowledge of the PeopleSoft Toolset: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR
- Strong SQL development skills with experience writing complex SQL routines; must have at least 5-7 years of SQL experience.
- This position may include working with PeopleSoft Query, Data Mover and File Layout.
- Selected candidate must have advanced PeopleSoft programming skills including experience in developing custom pages using various PeopleSoft provided tools and assigning security to custom built modules using Menus, Permission Lists, Roles and User Profiles.
- Experience writing multiple and complex reports using PeopleSoft reporting utilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of PeopleSoft technical development.
- Extensive technical knowledge of one or more PeopleSoft applications gained through participation in an enterprise implementation is strongly preferred.
- Commitment accounting / commitment control knowledge highly preferred.
- Experience with integrations between HCM and FSCM preferred.
- PeopleSoft Higher Education HCM experience highly preferred.
- Experience with PeopleSoft AWE, Component Interface, Integration Broker, XML publisher and Application Messaging is a plus.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
