- Requirements gathering expertise
- Stakeholder engagement / adoption / consultation (utilizing BI solutions to gain business insights), expected to drive, participate and present in conversations with VP/Directors
- Developing "prototypes" of BI solutions
- Testing / UAT
Skills:
- Strong customer/stakeholder engagement skills (must be able to effectively communicate technical solutions to business users)
- Strong data analysis skills (data validation as well as "deep diving" into data to understand trends)…
- Strong requirements gathering skills (from stakeholders) and the ability to work with IT developers on functional design
- Solid Tableau skills (ability to generate prototype reports in Tableau from existing and new data sets)
- OBIEE knowledge a plus, but not mandatory
