Job Title: Java Technical Project Lead
Location: Florida
Duration : 3-6+ months
1. Very Seasoned Technical Project Lead. Role is for a : Go-To Person on the Project.
2. Deep Exposure to Distributed Technology environment.
3. Good experience with developing / sustaining applications that have a lot of business revenue sensitivity.
4. Technically Very Astute.
5. Good Exposure to Technology and Architecture Aspects at various levels :
6. Excellent communication skills
Application / Solution / Enterprise
6. Hands On - if need be, get into the weeds.
7. Very Good Exposure To Agile Project Methodology and Tools.
8. Run/Direct Technology Teams ( including offshore ) to achieve project goals.
9. Run Daily Scrum. Plan Sprints. Conduct Retros.
10. Negotiate with business partners on realistic project/technology deadlines.
11. Report Project Status to Directors, Senior Managers, Business Partners.
12. Work with multi-disciplinary teams ( business, development, network/infrastructure ) to achieve project goals, triage issues.
13. Strong troubleshooting skills.
14. Strong application performance / tuning skills
15. Understanding of importance of maintainable / sustainable product solutions
Must Have Technology Skills:
1. Java/J2EE ( Must Have - Excellent Strength )
2. Web Services ( SOAP, RESTful )
3. XML and related technologies.
4. SQL
5. Oracle , MySQL
6. Ant / Maven
7. -
8. JUnits/BDD/TDD.
9. Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) a strong plus.
10. JQUERY , nodeJS , AngularJS
11. Spring Framework .
12. GitHub
Infrastructure Exposure :
1. BIG IP.
2. MQ.
3. Understanding of networks and deployments
