Job Description:
· Knowledge/understanding of NASCO
· Create Test Plan
· Review Test Scenario and Case documentation
· Oversee Test Case execution
· Test Planning & Scheduling
· Defect Management & Reporting
· Status reporting on weekly basis
· Work in onsite/offshore model with flexibility to work with offshore timing as and when required
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
The roles may include basic writing and execution of tests through to assisting with overseeing other offshore tester, documentation or providing general testing support services and activities.
Lead will be responsible and have the ownership of all deliverables and the end to end execution of the project.
Experience:
· Hands on NASCO knowledge
· A good understanding of UAT testing Vs System Testing
· Hands on creating test plan, test scenarios, test data, and execution.
· Should have worked in ONSITE/OFFSHORE model
· Willing to work on flexible timelines due to the project methodology followed
· Good analytical skills
· Good communication and documenting skills
· Agile experience will be a plus
· 4+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
