·         Requirements & Process documentation
·         Liaison between business and IT teams
·         Participate in all requirements/process flow discussions

Must Have Skills:
·         EDI – 834, 820, 837 experience required.
·         Resources with Eligibility and Billing experience.
·         SQL knowledge required
·         Facets Knowledge Required
·         Resources with Claims and Provider experience.
