Job Description:

OIC Technical Developer

1. R12 OIC project experience (At least 2 implementations)

2. Deep knowledge in OIC (CN) & Resource Manager (JTF) data model

3. Must be an expert in PL/SQL & SQL

4. Prior experience in design and development of interfaces & extensions using CN & JTF APIs

a. Transaction collection from custom sources after preprocessing

b. Quota upload into OIC

c. Data extracts & Reports

i. Roll up hierarchy

ii. Sales & Commission detail

iii. Quota & Attainment

iv. Payment summary

v. Commission statements

5. Basic knowledge of Oracle HR data model
