System Admin - Linux/Unix with shell scripting

 

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

 

Job Description:

• System admin background
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix with shell scripting
• Ability for Debugging and Analyzing the systems, servers and applications
• Knowledge of network topology and concepts

 

Responsibilities:
•     Understand application functional & non-functional requirements and Collaborate with developers to create test plan/cases
•     Design and develop API scripts using existing Rest client API using Java/XML language
•     Integrate test scripts with Jenkins using TestNG  or custom framework and daily run the regression
•     Fix and modify the scripts to keep up with DEV changes in TDD model
•     Certify releases applying quality metrics and create detailed reports
•     Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
