Job Description/ Overview:
What is the specific title of the position? Applications Development Team Lead
What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? The Accumulator Enterprise Project, overseeing the development on the Accumulator Inventory Management application.
Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Part of a team of 8-10 developers
If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) The team is still being formed.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Responsibilites include leading a team of developers on creation of the Accumulator Inventory Management application, writing technical specification documents after receiving high level design from a Systems Analyst, development, unit testing, testing support for the QA team, deployment and post-deployment activities. This job also includes working with the project manager and application manager on project status.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Java, Web Services, understanding of Cloud Capabilities, Dot Net
What skills/attributes are a must have? Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
