I have the following position open. Please let me know your thoughts.

3 references required.

Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field - Please provide a copy of your diploma with the submittal of the Form 2 and resume.
Experience in writing test plans.
Experience in writing use cases or test cases.
Experience in managing defect tracking; validating and reporting out results.
Experience analyzing and understanding business processes to ensure the business rules are validated during product test and the desired deliverables have been met.
Experience in Ad Hoc testing. Ad Hoc testing, for this purpose, refers to the "break me" testing activities without following any formal test cases.
Experience using HP Quality Center or a similar product.
Experience accessing Oracle databases using SQL Developer, TOAD or a similar product.
Experience using Microsoft Test Manager.

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
